Baus Lu Impostu is a kitesurf spot on the northeast coast of Sardinia, between San Teodoro and Capo Coda Cavallo. The beach faces northeast and receives the Maestrale (northwest) and the thermal sea breeze with good reliability. The spot is quieter than the main San Teodoro and La Cinta beaches, offering a more relaxed atmosphere while still benefiting from the same excellent wind conditions of the area. The crystal-clear water and white sand are typical of this outstanding stretch of northeast Sardinian coast.

Rocky sections at both ends — stay in the sandy central zone. Wind can be gusty with the Maestrale. Boat traffic from the San Teodoro lagoon area. No lifeguard on the wilder northern sections.
