Overview

Capo Coda Cavallo is a kitesurf spot on the northeast coast of Sardinia, on the headland north of San Teodoro. The cape separates the San Teodoro lagoon area from the open sea, and benefits from both the Maestrale (northwest) and the northeast thermal sea breeze. The marine protected area around the cape features extraordinary water clarity and a rich underwater environment. The scenic granite headland and views of the Tavolara island make this one of the most beautiful riding locations in northeast Sardinia.
