The Deuce is a spot in the Lunenburg area on Nova Scotia's south coast, near the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Lunenburg. This coastal area offers riding conditions in semi-protected waters with Atlantic access. The Lunenburg region, historic heart of Nova Scotian fishing and home port of the famous Bluenose, offers an authentic maritime setting for kitesurfing.
Semi-protected South Shore coastal waters. Moderate to strong chop depending on exposure. Variable bottom — sandy and rocky. Semi-diurnal tides. Cold Atlantic water (8-16°C). Swell attenuated compared to fully exposed beaches.
