Munyon Island is a small island in the Lake Worth Lagoon (Intracoastal Waterway), within John D. MacArthur Beach State Park. The island offers a protected flat water spot in the lagoon, ideal as a complement to the ocean conditions of the park's Atlantic beach. Shallow water and the preserved natural setting make it a pleasant spot for relaxed riding.
