Sapowet Cove is a kitesurf spot located in Tiverton, on the east shore of the Sakonnet River in Rhode Island, south of Fogland. This protected cove offers flat water conditions in a quiet natural setting. Good alternative spot to Fogland when it's too crowded.
Protected cove with flat water conditions. Shallow water with sand and mud bottom. Limited fetch providing calm conditions. Light tidal currents in the cove, stronger in the Sakonnet River.
