Naked Turtle Beach is located on the west shore of Lake Champlain, near Plattsburgh in New York State. This spot offers lake access with a pleasant beach. Lake Champlain provides good fetch and regular winds for kitesurfing. Pleasant natural setting with views of Vermont's Green Mountains.
