Jambiani is a kitesurfing spot located on the southeast coast of Zanzibar, Tanzania. This charming fishing village offers a long white sand beach facing east onto the Indian Ocean. The southeast trade winds blow consistently during the Kusi season (June to October). The coral reef creates an immense reef flat that is exposed at low tide, offering a unique flat water playground. The tide is the key element of this spot: the water can retreat over a kilometer. Suited to beginners and intermediates.
