The harbour area is partially sheltered, but open water is quickly accessible. The area is known for its clear waters and peaceful atmosphere typical of the northern archipelago.

Maritime traffic possible near the wharf — stay alert. Submerged rocks in some areas. Cold water all season. Currents possible near the harbour. Port infrastructure (pilings, moorings) to avoid. Isolated area with limited services.
