Overview

Patong Beach is Phuket's most famous and busiest tourist beach. Kitesurfing here is extremely challenging due to the very crowded beach, heavy boat traffic, jet skis, and swimmers. Only rideable during SW monsoon (May-Oct) but strongly not recommended due to safety concerns. Other Phuket spots are far better options.
