This section of coast offers sandy beaches with direct west exposure on Lake Michigan. Less crowded than beaches at neighboring Holland and Grand Haven, the area offers more space and tranquility. West winds generate regular waves for surfing.

Longshore currents possible in strong winds. Less crowded than neighboring beaches, offering more riding freedom.
