Desert Aire is a kitesurfing spot on the Columbia River (Priest Rapids Reservoir) in central Washington State, at 150m elevation. This desert residential community offers access to the vast reservoir surrounded by the arid Columbia Basin landscape. Thermal winds channeled through the valley provide rideable conditions in summer. The body of water is wide with flat water. Desert setting with sparse vegetation.
