Curnic Bay is the windsurf and kite beach at the entrance to Baie de Tressény in Guissény. Freeride and easy wave spot with soft waves, west-facing. Right next to the famous Plage du Vougo. Guissény Nautical Centre is based directly on the spot. Adjacent Curnic pond — a natural migratory bird stopover site.

Guissény Nautical Centre at Port du Curnic (02 98 04 50 46) — equipment hire, kayak, SUP, windsurfing. Access: from Lesneven toward Kerlouan, follow to the sea. Municipal Curnic campsite on the spot. Also accessible from D13 Guissény–Plouguerneau road.

Rock in the middle of the spot visible at mid-tide and low water — do not ride over it. Goémon (seaweed) ubiquitous in North Finistère. Large tidal range (>8m): offshore currents to consider. Shared use with swimmers and kayakers from the Nautical Centre. Never ride alone.
West-facing, works in W to N swell. NE: starboard side. SW: port side. N and S winds are irregular. Best time: mid-tide. Watch out for the rock in the middle of the spot visible at certain tides. Wave spot best suited for experienced windsurfers.
