Sint-André is a kitesurf spot near Nieuwpoort (West Flanders), on the Belgian North Sea coast. Sandy beach with typical Belgian conditions. The nearby Ijzer river estuary and Nieuwpoort port create some navigation constraints in the area.

Dominant winds SW/W/NW onshore and N/NE onshore oblique. Offshore wind (E/SE) forbidden on the entire Belgian coast. Large tidal range. Respect navigation rules near the Nieuwpoort port entrance and boat traffic from the yacht harbour.
