Kleva is a kitesurfing spot located on the island of Öland, in Kalmar County. The spot is on the west coast of the island, facing the Kalmar Strait (Kalmarsund). The west exposure in the Kalmar Strait offers protected conditions compared to the east coast facing the open Baltic. Southwest and west winds work well. The water body is relatively calm. Kleva is an accessible spot suitable for beginner and intermediate riders thanks to the calmer conditions of the Kalmarsund.
