Fredmose is a spot on the west coast of southern Langeland island, in the strait between Langeland and Ærø/Funen. The spot is part of the southern Langeland kitesurf corridor alongside Keldsnor Fyr, Bagenkop and Ristinge. Note: the bottom is unusually rocky for Denmark, with pebbles to large granite chunks.
Flat to choppy water depending on wind. Sandy and muddy bottom. Shallow water near shore. Sheltered conditions in the strait between the islands. Current possible in the strait.
