Bay City State Park is a kitesurf spot located on the southwestern shore of Saginaw Bay, near Bay City, Michigan. This state park offers access to the shallow waters of Saginaw Bay, with a sandy beach and protected marshland areas. Tobico Marsh, one of the largest coastal marshes on the Great Lakes, is within the park. The bay offers sheltered conditions with flat water to moderate chop.
