Spot de Lac Saint-François

Lac Saint-François

Lac Saint-François

Overview

Lac Saint-François is a lake located in the Estrie/Beauce region, near Lambton, at 287 meters altitude. Not to be confused with the Lac Saint-François on the St. Lawrence River. This mountain lake offers a preserved natural setting for kitesurfing.

The lake stretches approximately 12 km on a northeast-southwest axis, with a width of 1 to 2 km. The lake corridor effectively channels the dominant southwest winds, offering regular sessions in summer. Typical Appalachian landscapes with mixed forests. Season from June to September.
