Overview

Orchard Beach is the only public beach in the Bronx, located in Pelham Bay Park on Long Island Sound. This crescent-shaped beach offers semi-sheltered waters. Kitesurfing can be practiced outside the summer season when the beach is less crowded. Easy access from the Bronx and northern Manhattan.
