Capilha is a spot located on Lagoa Mirim, a large lagoon in southern Rio Grande do Sul on the Uruguayan border. The flat and expansive body of water offers excellent flat water conditions for kitesurfing and wingfoiling. The lagoon is vast and shallow, ideal for beginners and progression. NE and E winds carry well across this freshwater expanse.
