Stegna is a seaside resort located on the Mierzeja Wiślana (Vistula Spit), east of Gdańsk. The kitesurfing spot is on the sandy beach facing the Baltic Sea. The beach is wide and sandy, with a gradual bottom. Conditions are those of an open sea spot: chop and waves in north wind, calmer conditions in offshore wind. West to northwest winds are the most favorable. Stegna is a family resort, less crowded than the Hel Peninsula, offering more tranquility for sailing.
