Nagornoe Svetlovodsk is a kitesurfing spot near Svitlovodsk in the Kirovohrad Oblast, on the Kremenchuk Reservoir on the Dnipro River. The Kremenchuk Reservoir is immense and offers excellent sailing conditions.
The water is fresh, the bottom sandy. The reservoir is very wide at this location, offering excellent fetch in all directions. The season runs from April to October.
