Polzeath is a popular sandy beach on the north coast of Cornwall, in Hayle Bay. The northwest-facing spot faces the Atlantic. One of the most popular surf spots in Cornwall with consistent waves and a magnificent setting.

Powerful Atlantic swell. Rip currents. Rocks at low tide (Pentire Point). Very crowded with surfers — cohabitation required. Swimming zone.
