Herslev strand is a spot on the shore of Roskilde Fjord in northwestern Sjælland. The fjord provides a sheltered body of water with flat to slightly choppy conditions. North and northeasterly winds enter the fjord well and create good conditions. Spot suitable for beginners and intermediates thanks to shallow water.

Muddy bottom in some areas, difficult to walk. Very shallow water, risk of touching the bottom. Boats and navigation in the fjord. Watch out for oyster beds and protected areas in Roskilde Fjord.
