Ntivari (Divari) is a spot in southwestern Peloponnese in Messenia, very close to the Gialova lagoon and Navarino Bay. Divari beach runs along the sand strip separating the Gialova lagoon from the open sea, offering a choice between the lagoon's flat water and Ionian Sea waves.
This spot allows sailing on both sides: lagoon side for flat water and learning, sea side for waves and more committed conditions. The Navarino area is one of the finest kite spots in the Peloponnese.
Afternoon sessions with the NW Maestro (May-October). Lagoon side: flat water, beginners, freestyle. Sea side: waves, experienced riders. The sand strip offers easy launching and quick access to both bodies of water. ⚠️ Natura 2000 area — respect environmental regulations.
Sea side: open water with chop 30-70cm and possible waves in strong wind. Lagoon side: ultra-flat, 50cm-1m depth. Sandy bottom on both sides. Clear water on sea side, murkier on lagoon side.
