Feggesund is a spot in the strait between Mors island and Thy in the northern Limfjord. The strait channels the wind, offering sheltered conditions compared to the nearby North Sea coast. Ideal refuge for beginners seeking milder conditions than Klitmøller ("Cold Hawaii"). Seals frequently spotted. Dark sky area.
Flat to slightly choppy water in the sheltered strait. Shallow water with sandy bottom. No tidal influence. Total contrast with North Sea conditions just a few kilometres away.
