Vratnik is an unusual spot located at 600m altitude in the Lika-Senj region, at the foot of the Vratnik pass. This landkite spot benefits from the extremely powerful Bora (NE) wind descending from the Velebit massif. Conditions are challenging with violent gusts, reserved for experts.
