Hydropark is an island park located in central Kyiv, on the Dnipro River islands between the right and left banks of the city. The kitesurfing spot is on the Dnipro, offering a water body accessible directly from the city center.

The water area is relatively narrow (a few hundred meters), which limits the usable wind directions. The water is fresh and the bottom is sandy. The spot is ideal for a quick session after work for Kyiv residents.

Warning: sailing may be limited by river traffic and swimmers in summer.
