The Siemianówka reservoir is the largest artificial lake in northeastern Poland, located near the primeval Białowieża Forest in Podlasie. It is a unique kitesurf spot in an exceptional natural setting. The body of water is vast (about 32 km²) and very shallow (average 2.5m), offering ideal flat water conditions. The bottom varies. The reservoir is well exposed to winds thanks to the lack of surrounding relief. West and southwest winds are the most frequent. It is an isolated spot, far from large cities, in a preserved natural environment. The proximity of the Białowieża Forest makes it a unique destination combining kite and nature.
