La Teste-de-Buch - Plage Laouga is a kitesurf spot on the Bassin d'Arcachon (Gironde), on the south shore between Arcachon and Gujan-Mestras near the Dune du Pilat. This inner basin beach catches the dominant South-West to North-West winds. The Dune du Pilat looms nearby as a landmark.
