Wingfoil, windsurf and kitesurf spot at the Île de Loisirs de Jablines-Annet, located north-east of Paris between Chelles and Meaux (Seine-et-Marne). The lake covers 75 hectares and is rideable all year round. Its North-South orientation provides good conditions with South, South-West or North winds. Water entry is just a few metres from the north car park. Minimal algae outside summer.

From Paris: A4 then A104, exit Meaux-Jablines. Or A1/A3, exit Soissons then A104 towards Marne-la-Vallée, exit Claye-Souilly, then RN3, exit Jablines. Park at the north car park (P1 in season, P2 off season). Water entry is right next to the car park.
Best directions: South, South-South-West and North, thanks to the lake's North-South alignment. These directions give the most consistent and planning-friendly conditions across the water area.
Paid access during season (approx. 7€/day). Watch for algae build-up in summer. The site is shared with other users (swimmers, paddlers, boats) – stay within the designated kite/windsurf zone. Wind can be slightly turbulent near the shores due to surrounding vegetation.
