Sunset Lake is a kitesurf spot on a small coastal lake near Portland, north of Corpus Christi. This shallow lake offers very calm flat water conditions, sheltered from bay waves and chop. It's a good spot for freestyle and learning in a quiet residential setting. The lake is large enough for riding but offers a more intimate body of water than Corpus Christi Bay.
