Rangiputa is a kitesurf spot located on the west coast of the Karikari Peninsula, in the Far North of Northland. The beach faces west, towards the Tasman Sea and Rangaunu Harbour. West to northwest winds are onshore. Southwest winds are side-shore. The beach offers a semi-sheltered body of water protected by the peninsula. Sandy bottom. Spot for intermediate riders.
