Spot de Martinique Provincial Park

Martinique Provincial Park

Martinique Provincial Park

Overview

Martinique Beach is one of Nova Scotia's longest sand beaches (5 km), located in a provincial park on the Atlantic coast east of Halifax. This immense beach facing due south on the open Atlantic Ocean receives ocean swells and offers considerable space for kitesurfing. The provincial park protects a fragile dune ecosystem — respect marked trails. The beach's length allows finding open space even in summer.
