Overview

Clam Harbour is a magnificent provincial beach on Nova Scotia's Atlantic coast, famous for its annual sandcastle festival. The white sand beach stretches over 2 km facing south on the open Atlantic Ocean. The spot offers ocean kitesurfing conditions with swell and waves. Less crowded than beaches near Halifax, Clam Harbour offers more space and a wilder atmosphere. The provincial park has parking and basic facilities.
