Jenness State Beach is a state beach in Rye, on New Hampshire's northern coastline. This east-facing beach offers direct Atlantic exposure with views of the Isles of Shoals offshore. It's one of the northernmost spots on the NH coast, with a rocky New England coastal setting.

Ocean conditions with Atlantic swell. East-facing beach with sandy bottom surrounded by rocky sections. Cold water year-round — full wetsuit essential (5/4mm in winter, 4/3mm in summer). Significant tide reducing the beach at high tide.

Numerous rocks at ends and in water — caution required. Possible coastal currents. Shore break. Cold water — hypothermia risk. Narrow beach at high tide limiting launch and landing. Paid parking — state beach with regulations.
