Windsurf and wingfoil spot at the Île de Loisirs de Cergy-Pontoise, a 250-hectare leisure base in the Val-d'Oise, about 1 hour from Paris by car (A15, exit 9 direction Cergy). The main lake used for gliding is the Étang de la Folie, covering nearly 100 hectares, offering a reasonable stretch of water for sessions. Access fee applies (approx. 6€/day). On-site: nautical club, restrooms, restaurants. Note: kite use may be restricted or prohibited — check local regulations before visiting.
