Ocean spot with waves of 0.5 to 2m depending on swell. Water is temperate (14-20°C/57-68°F), a 3/2 wetsuit is recommended. Mixed rocky and sandy bottom. Abundant kelp offshore. Drift currents along the coast. The area's point breaks offer excellent waves for wave riding when the swell is clean.
