Playa Carrasco is a kitesurfing spot in the Carrasco neighborhood, southeastern Montevideo, on Rambla Tomas Berreta. This linear beach offers wave conditions suited for advanced riders.

Prevailing winds come from the east and southeast, with regular conditions from December to March. Waves can be present, making the spot more suited for experienced riders.

The spot is not ideal for learning due to waves, but is good for wave kitesurfing. Carrasco is an upscale residential area of Montevideo with good infrastructure.
