San Antonio Oeste is a kitesurfing spot located in San Antonio Bay, on the Atlantic coast of Patagonia, in the Río Negro province. The estuary offers a vast shallow body of water that is exposed at low tide, creating ideal conditions for kitesurfing. Dominant winds blow from the west and northwest, typical of Patagonia, with intensities of 20 to 35 knots. The spot is influenced by tides that considerably modify the navigable area. A kite school (Costa Kite Sur) is present on site. Suitable for intermediate and advanced riders.
