Lieutenant Island is a kitesurf spot located in Wellfleet, on the bay side of Cape Cod in Massachusetts. This island is connected to the mainland at low tide and surrounded by water at high tide. Cape Cod Bay body of water with flat water conditions and large sand flats at low tide.
