Kungasniy is a kitesurfing spot on the southwest coast of Vladivostok, in Amursky Bay, Sea of Japan. The spot takes its name from the local cape or coastal area.

Amursky Bay's water body is semi-sheltered, offering flat to light chop conditions. The coastline alternates between sandy and rocky sections.

Prevailing winds come from the south and southwest, channeled by Amursky Bay. Season runs from June to September. Water is cool (13-21°C), wetsuit required. Spot for intermediate to advanced riders.
