Patrokl is a kitesurfing spot located in Patrokl Bay, south of Vladivostok, on the Sea of Japan. It is an urban spot easily accessible from the city center.

The bay offers a semi-sheltered water body with relatively calm waters in moderate winds. The beach is a mix of sand and pebbles. The spot works mainly with south and southeast winds that funnel into the bay.

The season runs from June to October. Water is cold to cool (12-21°C), a full wetsuit is essential at the beginning and end of the season. Watch out for boats and ferries in the nearby port area.
