Podnojie is a kitesurfing spot on the southwest coast of Vladivostok, at the foot of a coastal hill, facing Amursky Bay, Sea of Japan.

The water body is open to the south and southwest. The coast is mixed, sand and rocks. The spot offers good fetch for southwest winds.

Prevailing winds come from the south and southwest in summer. Season runs from June to September. Water is cool (13-21°C), wetsuit required. Spot for intermediate to advanced riders.
