Overview

Hiratsuka Beach Park is a kitesurfing spot on the Shonan coast, Kanagawa Prefecture. This seaside park offers dedicated space for water sports with typical Pacific coast wind conditions: southwest thermal breezes in summer and northeast winds in winter.

The water is exposed to Sagami Bay. Pacific tides are significant. The spot has beach park facilities (parking, restrooms). Suited for intermediate riders.
