Shchastlyvtseve is a village on the Arabat Spit in the Kherson Oblast, between the Sea of Azov and the Sivash. The spot is on the Sivash, offering a vast shallow water body ideal for kitesurfing.

The Sivash is extremely shallow (often 30-80 cm) with a muddy to sandy bottom. The water is very warm and salty in summer. Conditions are perfect for beginners and flat water freestyle. Wind is very consistent on the Arabat Spit.
