Elevator Bay (Cataraqui Bay) is in Kingston at Lake Ontario's eastern end. The bay offers semi-sheltered water with good access to the open lake. The name refers to the old grain elevators visible from the bay.
Urban spot with easy access and parking. Alternative to Richardson Beach in Kingston. South and southwest winds offer the best conditions. Rideable May through October.
