Gladstone is a kitesurf spot located on Little Bay de Noc, an arm of Green Bay on Lake Michigan, in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. This very sheltered bay offers flat water conditions ideal for intermediate riders. The city of Gladstone, with its harbor and bayfront parks, provides easy water access. The bay is well protected from Lake Michigan's large waves by Door County Peninsula and surrounding land.

Cold water with hypothermia risk, especially in the Upper Peninsula. Fishing and recreational boat traffic in summer — the bay is popular for fishing. Shoals possible in the shallow bay. Violent thunderstorms possible in summer with lightning risk — exit water immediately. Limited rescue services in the Upper Peninsula.
