Kitesurf spot at the Rivière-Ouelle wharf, on the south shore of the St. Lawrence estuary in the Kamouraska region. The historic wharf provides convenient river access. This area is part of the Kamouraska spot chain (between La Pocatière and Saint-André) that benefits from the vast tidal flats of the south shore. NE wind offers the best conditions with considerable fetch across the estuary. Clear views of the Charlevoix mountains.
