John Boyle Island is a kitesurf spot located on an island in the Great South Bay / Moriches Bay area, on Long Island's south shore. This small island offers a preserved natural setting in the middle of the bay with flat water conditions. Boat access required.
Bay body of water with flat to light chop conditions. Shallow water around the island with sandy bottom. Good fetch in multiple directions thanks to the central position in the bay. Moderate tidal currents.
