Lacupolis is a kitesurf spot on Lake Pepin, a natural widening of the Mississippi, on the Wisconsin shore. Good water access with generous fetch on this 35 km long lake. Mississippi Valley bluffs provide a spectacular setting. Winds can be channeled by the valley. Season from May to October.
Freshwater with chop in sustained winds. Light Mississippi current. Moderate depth. Sandy and muddy bottom. Pleasant water in summer.
